We have pasture-raised locker lambs available—healthy, hardy crosses between Icelandic and either Targhee or Bluefaced Leicester (BFL) ewes. These lambs offer the best of both worlds: the mild, tender flavor of Icelandic meat with the larger frame and excellent yield from the Targhee or BFL side. Raised on North Idaho pasture with no grain or growth hormones, these lambs are ideal for families looking to fill their freezer with clean, flavorful, nutrient-dense meat.
